Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of salviora.co and its subpages (the "Site"), operated by PT Salviora Synapse Ultima ("Salviora", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes our IT services in general terms. Its content:

• is provided for general information and may change without notice
• is not an offer, quotation, warranty or binding commitment to provide any service
• is not professional, technical, legal or security advice for your specific situation

Illustrations on the Site, such as the SLA console and the sample monthly report, use sample data. They show how information is presented. They are not records of any client and do not promise specific results.

Any service we provide, including its scope, service levels and how they are measured, the stabilisation period, contract term, fees, payment terms, liability and termination, is governed exclusively by a written agreement signed by Salviora and the client. If that agreement conflicts with anything on the Site, the agreement prevails.

• The free initial assessment is offered to companies, subject to our availability and the location of the site to be assessed. We may decline or reschedule a request.
• Neither party is obliged to enter into any further agreement as a result of the initial assessment.
• Findings from the initial assessment are indicative and based on the information and access available during the visit. They are not an audit, a certification or a guarantee.
• A full assessment, if you choose one, is a paid engagement under its own written terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the Site. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information, such as passwords, network credentials or detailed security configurations, through the contact form or by unencrypted email. If an assessment requires confidential information, we will first agree on a non-disclosure agreement and a secure way to share it.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in breach of any applicable law, including Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions and its amendments
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its vulnerability without our written permission
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through malware, denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests
• copy or extract content from the Site at scale by automated means
• submit false information, impersonate any person or organisation, or send spam through the contact form

We may restrict access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms.

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, images and code, and the names and logos Salviora, Viora, VioraONE and VioraGO, are owned by or licensed to Salviora and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages of the Site for your own information or for your company's internal evaluation of our services. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use, requires our prior written permission.

VioraONE and VioraGO are Salviora products offered on their own sites, vioraone.salviora.co and viorago.salviora.co. Their use is governed by the terms and privacy policies published on those sites, not by these Terms.

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services, such as Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and will correct errors we become aware of.

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, Salviora is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability in connection with our services is governed by the relevant written agreement.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you continue to use the Site after an update, you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be resolved amicably through deliberation (musyawarah) within 30 days of written notice. If it is not resolved within that period, it will be submitted to the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).

• Language: these Terms are made in Bahasa Indonesia and English in accordance with Law No. 24 of 2009. In the event of any inconsistency, the Bahasa Indonesia version prevails.
• Severability: if any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a provision, we do not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Entire terms: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire terms governing your use of the Site.
